Even when its a cops word against civilian, doesn't always mean that the cops word is right.
Cops aren't doing their jobs when they hand out tickets unjustley. If they had a reading on the Z, then ticket him for that. If he admitted that he was doing 75 in a 70 then the cop should ticket him for that. However, this wasn't the case. He had no radar reading on the Z, if he did, he would have stated so.
There is truely something wrong when people feel that cops handing out tickets like its candy is ok, and part of the job.
I cannot comprehend your mentality to think it is ok for a person in power to abuse their power.
Also, we all know that if actt91 was driving a K car, the cop would not have bothered pulling him over.
I am beginning to wonder if the few members that say 'just shut up and take driving school' have some sort of investment in driving schools.
One day, sir, you are going to share an experience similar to some of the other posters. A bad situation involving being accused of something which you clearly didn't do. I hope you DON'T follow your own advice then.
